I weigh daily -- sometimes more than once. However, I only record the first weigh-in, and then average it at the end of each month.

Seeing my daily weight helps me clue in quickly to what kind of food tend to cause water weight, and to keep me in check if I've been overeating.

I weigh myself every other day, the morning after I fast. I know that is more than I need to but so far it keeps me motivated. I am down 17 pounds in just over one month of intermittent fasting.

I weigh after the two days that I fast during the week. I don't usually measure - only if I am checking against a size chart for online ordering.
