I am sorry I got all confused because of this:

K, another week is here, what exercise did you do from 5/26--6/2. Post 3 times in the What Exercise or Walk Away the Pounds Workout?? Forum under the General discussion forum and get a goodie. Keep sparking.

I walked for 30 minutes
