My goals for the swim suit weight challenge are:
1, Lose 4 lbs.
2, Go down a dress size
3. See how many inches I have lost.

Good afternoon
I tried this earlier, but was having computer problems.
It's very windy here today. I did almost 5 miles on the trail this afternoon (getting ready for my 10k)
I've been walking outside a lot lately, but did 3 of the advanced miles on Sunday. It really does use different muscles

The only requirement of having a dream is believing in it.

I've been busy today-I babysat this morning, cleaned, vacuumed, and washed both cars, and have the last load of laundry in the dryer. :)

Off to walk now, before I don't' get it done today.

Good Morning All! Carmen, great reminder of why we love working out with Leslie, right? I have been spending most of my time walking or on the elliptical lately, but there are definitely muscles I only get to when I pop in a dvd. I love the 5 mile slim down and 5 mile fat burning, but the 3 mile weight loss is a great one to get my sweating like crazy when I don't have time (or the energy!) for 5 miles. Feels so good!

Good Morning everyone, I don't have the 5 mile fat burning one but, I did the heart healthy walk and the high calorie burn this morning they are both 2 miles each!

Keep moving forward choice is up to You!

I really like the 5 day slim down. I have been doing the 5 mile fat burning one recently, but thought about doing that one to change it up a little. It's a good workout if anyone is thinking about getting it. It's a pretty day here, so I'm hoping to walk a couple of miles outside. Have a great day everyone!

Good Morning everyone.
I wish I had your problem Carm. I hurt from moving wrong while working. My back is sore and stiff.
I did push myself through mowing and boot camp yesterday though and I know that if I hadn't, I would hurt a lot worse today.

Good morning walkers! Hope everyone is rested!

I did not want to crawl out of bed this morning....But that's exactly what I did - crawl! I did the whole 5 Day Slim Down yesterday instead of running and man, I forgot I had some of those muscles! LOL I'm hurting in places I never even thought about!

Well, I'm slowly off to work :-) Have a great day and remember to walk, walk, walk!
