What time is lunch?? Do you have supper break?? For me, I think I would want something with fiber and/or protien for a snack. Those are doing a good job of filling me up and I can slow down on snacking. I also like crunchy, so popcorn is a crunch! :) I always keep string cheese in the house too. That is a quick snack, but a healthier one too. As for packing a lunch, that is harder to do. I love soup, and it is winter time here in Wisconsin, so that is a good lunch for me--I like to make my own, so I know what is in it. But there are some good one out there. I think I would have to make a weekly schedule of what I wanted to have in the lunch and what the snack was. This way I could have it healthier and when I was tired, I would maybe, just maybe, behave myself :) I need a plan written down, even if I had to make substitutions sometimes, it would be healthier. Oh ya, I love hard boiled eggs too.
Good luck on your food challange. I will be thinking of you!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Blessings are coming your way!!

Hi I need ideas for a pack lunch to take to work so i don't buy junk .. i work in a supermarket so junk is easy to come by
i also need some snack that are quick to eat
my work hours are being extended to finish at 8:30pm instead of 7:30pm so dinner (main meal) won't be until almost 9:30pm so think i will need a snack to keep me going between lunch and dinner
