2016 Can be a new challenge for us all. What is the one thing that will be the hardest thing for you to do/your personal challenge?

MINE!! Cutting back on my CHOCOLATE!!! Exercising more than 10 min. a day.

WE haven't had a team challenge listed in a while so I guess I will start where we left of with some ME time each day for a week. Love my reading! I stayed up all night last night reading.

Basically I am moving because the manager decided on sight that she does not like me. I have been told that, by the management company on several occasions. She doesn't like having to deal with people.
I don't have anyone to help me yet and hope that I can find a new place. I am just preparing so that I can be ready when the time comes. I am making application to an apartment complex or two and hope for the best.

Several days ago I finally finished the Dark Tower VII series by Stephen King (my fave author) which took me over 2 yrs. I just started another one of his books, Four Past Midnight, which I thought I'd read a long time ago but after several pages in, seems I was wrong.

I loved his style back in the early 80s, which to me has changed a bit with the Dark Tower Series. This book I'm reading now was published in 91, in the old Stephen King style that I've grown to love. This is such a treat for me.

i just finished coach nicoles 6 min butt blaster and it reminded me of a few things

- my glutes need work
- i'm so glad i can still move my body at will
- my lower back needs strengthening
- it's nice to feel the burn and the sweat rolling down my face

Had 2 trips to the library for the big sale and now have wonderful new books to sort and shelve. She also paid for all of my books!

i've got a big bag of apples in the fridge and debating whether or not to make apple crisp.... or be on the safe side and just bake one apple with a sprinkling of br sugar and cinnamon.

i love a good sale. happy reading!!

i've been sipping on some hot tea and munching on a sweet and crispy apple while on the computer instead of munching on crackers. kind of a double whammy. me time and a NSV.

love these me times!! I practically spoil myself...lol It's been over a month since my last massage i have knots in my shoulder blade area that need a lot of work and deep tissue massage is the answer. have a nice weekend!!

ps...laying on your back and putting a rubber baseball or tennis ball between you and the floor or bed.... and rolling on the areas that have knots are a great way to work some of the kinks out. I started with a tennis ball, worked up to a baseball and will try a softball to see if it catches a larger area.

Ok so we are going to carry on passing on smiles because everyone likes a smile emoticon
but this week we are also going to try and find 10 minutes when we can sit and relax or meditate or pray or what ever you want to do ... just 10 minutes "me time" try it every day for a week

i pass on lots of smiles emoticon .. working in a supermarket we have to smile but we have a lot of elderly customers who don't see anyone else all day so it is nice to pass on a smile to them to brighten their day
