I did, I did!!!! Wed evening I danced to music channel for 12 minutes! Fun!
Yesterday I shopped til I dropped so that was exercise enough! Whew!
Today....more music station & dancing & maybe I will get the trampoline & try it out!

Get some kind of fun exercise in daily! Sigh...it hasn't happened yet but I have hopes that if I put it down here then I will do it!

Actually try to start some other exercise other than just walking & normal chores etc.
Even if it's a minute per day!

Joined a couple of new teams (including "Cooking Made Easy"!) Also joined the Quick Fire Challenge Team - incorporating exercise into our routine is next to impossible for some. But, this team puts out a daily challenge that only takes 5-10 minutes - like 10 sets of 10 jumping jacks - that I can easily work into my daily grind - I've even done them in the bathroom at work! There are so many ways to include little 1 minute workouts all day - toe/calf raises while waiting somewhere, Side bends while stirring something on the stove. Jumping on the tramp with kids for 1 minute. Etc., etc., etc. Loving it!

Just regrouped. My emphasis has always been cardio. I am focusing MORE on strength training.

Lunges are a HUGE challenge! lol

I am working to stay caught up with grad school assignments, while making sure that I make time to get a Zumba workout in with some strength training. It's a juggling act, but I feel like the harder I work at it, the easier it will become.

I have posted my September to do list on the frig. I have lots of little challenges which when completed are a part of a large challenge that gets me down if I look at it as a whole. I plan to accomphish each little part and when I am completed I will feel good about the whole

I am going to workout 3 times this week. Spend more quality time with both my children and finish painting my kitchen cabinets.
