5/23- skipped the video exercise- had 31 min walking at the Cemeteries putting Flags on the Veterans graves- had 60 total min for the day, doing yard work also

Yes, I'm doing the 30 day fitness challenge with her video, day 1 yesterday and had 14 min exercise but overall had 71 min in. I already have 6 days exercise in without any exercise today, I think I found something that is finally working for me. Thank you for all your inspirational quotes also, I heed what I read. I don't mind helping when I'm needed, 5/7- 72 min walk at work and exercise and yardwork. I'm following Pahla B's workout for women over 50, it's an easy movement until you get done and then it's like WOW what a workout

I'm still laughing over that one, 5/6- 69 min walk, exercise-cardio and yard work, I have to say I'm liking this staying home thing, my boss at the whse called me this morning & wanted to know if I could go over to the whse/store, someone has a donation of a couple of dressers they want to drop off, I told him, No Problem, he pays me 4 hours for doing these little things, I told him he doesn't have to do that.

Thanks Val, with all this exercise, I took a trip across my back dock when I went out to hang out my laundry, I would have just fallen on the deck, but with my strength exercises, I ran across the deck until I got to the rail..........LOL Dropped the laundry & came out of my shoe. Did a lot of swearing but didn't fall.

Thank you, I have to say by the time Sat. rolls around I really don't feel like working but sometimes I have to move furniture so I have to move.

Moving more and eating less works!!! We're working on healthy eating, but let's also focus on the other part of the equation as well - moving. So come by as often as you can, and let us know how you are "moving and grooving". Some days will be better than others, but consistency is the key - so "Let's Move"!!!
