I don't know if i need to get a new scale or what but i weight my self in the mornings in the bathroom after im finished. I make sure the scale isn't inbetween a tile. When i put it down it wiggles is it supposed to do that? I have a homedics scale. So I worked out one morning when to spin class did 2hr 10min 36miles 845Cals burnt. The next morning i went thru my normal bathroom routine then i weighted myself first it said 153.2 ( i don't think i would have lost no 10 or 9 lbs with in 2hrs just doing indoor cycling/ spinning) got off of it then i allowed it to clear out then stepped back on and told me 163 then i stepped off of it let it clear out again and moved it to a different place on the bathroom floor and stepped on it and it read 162.2. SO what do yall think? Get a new scale or try changing the batteries again or just ingoring this whole thing and just keep my head up high and move on.
