Well, today is day 3 of getting back to being healthy, and I forgot my breakfast on the counter at home. Luckily, I was able to go to 7-11 and get a good substitute for the forgotten breakfast. I am still on track.

I had a great day today. I had time to work on my wall mural. I few more days of working on it like today and I may actually get it finished. The only problem is I have another one in the beginning stages. Before we made to move from Florida to Georgia had all my murals in the Florida house done. It was great. I can't wait to get them done in the new house. I plan to do 3 or maybe 4 of them. I guess it will be an ongoing project for a few years.

Well, I joined the week of March 3-9 (forgot the exact date) and have not lost a single pound. But that's all my fault. I've not been exercising or following the eating plan. But I did start walking yesterday. And I've been packing a healthy lunch. So I will take it one day at a time and know I will eventually reach my goal!

We got a wicked storm here in New England (15inches here!) and that combined with my EDS3 and Hip Dysplasia I'm a hurting unit today, which is hard because that makes me crave sweets and carbs like CRAZY! Mix in two teething kids and very little sleep and its making my house a little chaotic today emoticon I'm doing my best to roll with it and keep the basics up!

I'm proud of myself today for pushing through. Not feeling great today, but I didn't allow that to stop me from working out. I met my water goal and remebered to take my vitamins! Hoping I can stay consistent. I really want to reach my first short term goal of losing 30 pounds by June. I will only get there by taking it one day at a time.

I'm feeling so enthused after my nap and yummy dinner that I'm gonna go "Mall Walking" I feel delightfully full, so the food court shall not tempt me. Maybe if I window shop and find some nice outfits I'd love to own, all the more motivation to lose some weight!!!
(I've made it a point to not purchase new clothes till I make it to my midway point, which is about 20~25 lbs. Unless the clothes themselves are smaller in size) When Fashion Bug was closing a lot of their stores I managed to find jeans that were like $8~$12 bucks!?(and a size or two too small for now?) Of course I'm stocking up!

Anyway, enough rambling. Time to go walking!!!
