I've been successful since I joined SPARKPEOPLE in October 2010.

You don't have to tell the details of what you are doing on your Journey. You are embracing a healthy lifestyle!
BUT make yourself accountable with Short Term and Long Term Goals! You can share without being specific.
Start to Change Your bad habits into Good Ones! AND get rid of negativity and excuses.
Focus on you!
AND in the long run, ridding yourself of the bad weight SLOWLY is good towards Maintaining!
I lost 100 pounds, added muscle weight, and am in my 9th year of Maintenance at 69 years young.
Let's Do This!

I started a program called Noom the first week of October after doing intermitten fasting and passed out
I am still on it 15 pounds loose really slow but the quizzes support articles each day my coach my friends its been good
My paid program ends next month not sure if I can contine or may sign up I am just debating
pros it works
cons its slow

Hi everyone!

I'm writing an article about why you don't necessarily have to tell others about your weight loss goals in order to be successful. In your own experience, what have been the pros/cons of telling people that you're going to try to lose weight?

We talk a lot about having a support system, but are you someone who feels like you are on a very private journey? If so, I'd love to hear from you! How do you field questions and deal with people who might notice a change in your behavior/routine?
