I am constantly dealing with the skinny B's at work turning the thermostat to, no joke, 95 degrees!! It's one of the older thermostats where you put the lever up and down. They swear that "It doesn't get warm unless you turn it up that high!".

The problem is they don't get off their asses and I'm running around working, for starters. Second, have a little consideration for your coworkers. Compromise.

I've joked about it, just turned it down in front of them and when no one is looking, gone to management, even put up anonymous signs. They keep doing it.

It's so hot it makes me feel sick and I've actually thought of quitting after 3+ years. When I went to my manager she said she shouldn't have to deal with that and she's right - but I'm out of options...

Regardless of how it affects their coworkers - it's a hospital. Germs love heat.

Any suggestions?
Any similar problems?
