Easier than expected.
No added sugar that wants already planned for my meals.
I did note that I was hungrier later than normal.

Day 2 was a success. No sweets in the house and I didn't give in and buy any when I was shopping. Watermelon emoticon and mixed nuts took the place of candy and pastries.

you are doing better than me. I although I made low calorie pumpkin spice bread. I do not add any sugar to it.

Well look at this! Last time I did this challenge was November 2017! Anyway, day 2 was yesterday. I made it through without sweets but went over on a couple of counts due to cashews and peanut butter! Oh well, today I will do better!

Day 2 for me was going to be great. I tossed out the rest of the brownies but ended up shuttling my sister-in-law around all day. She took me to lunch and I ended up with pumpkin cheesecake pie. I did lose a couple of ounces since last week.

Hope day 3 is better.

I have not heard about that either. Is this eat What You Love recipes less sugar? Send the details.

I was into the dietitian today. Hit another plateau. Back to the drawing board and working on finding less of me.

I have not had any sugar today. I am thinking I would like to have a cup of decaf & a blueberry muffin. I made the muffins from a n Eat What You Love recipe. I am writing down what I eat & how my body feels.
