The classes I attend are in the early evening; 5:30 for zumba & 7:30 for yoga...I also squeeze in other cardio (eg. walking) throughout the day

every morning at 5 am I go to the gym get my workout and my strength training,then at 10 am i go for my water aerobic.

Living a Healthy and Active Life style, Reach my Goal and very Happy with my Body,my eating habits,Fresh Fruits, Lot's of Green vegetables,drink 8 To 10 glasses of water daily.

I exercise for a total of 2 hours each day, but it is done throughout the day for 10-15-20 minutes at a time and it is inside as well as outside. If the weather cooperates, I walk outside, if not, I use the treadmill. I also have a recumbant bike and a real bike and alternate. Exercise DVDs are used as well as exercise bands and I do lots of gardening and yard work.
