Thanks for positng that Sarah! :)

I feel the greatest destroyer of peace today is 'Abortion', because it is a war against the child... A direct killing of the innocent child, 'Murder' by the mother herself... And if we can accept that a mother can kill even her own child, how can we tell other people not to kill one another? How do we persuade a woman not to have an abortion? As always, we must persuade her with love... And we remind ourselves that love means to be willing to give until it hurts...

I do hope I am doing this right, I have clicked each day, tried to follow the suggested VIDEO, but could not always find the EXACT one listed on my Search, so I chose one the MATCHED THE WORDING as closely as possible. Is that ok? I know it said to "ADD to your TRACKER" on the bottom, but it didn't show up on the tracker, no matter how I did it!

I also did one video, DAY ONE, but 3 videos on DAY TWO, because today I went to the pool.
Is all this correct?

CGDINASIA, You can just carry on from here no need to go back and do Day 1 now that you know what you're doing.

You can go back and change your exercise in your tracker if you want or you can leave it and just log it under the video next time. It's up to you. Good luck with the challenge!

CGDINASIA, No, the videos on the new DVD are not the same as the ones used in this challenge. All of the videos for this challenge are on SparkPeople. If you go to your fitness page and under cardio type "28 day bootcamp" in the search box it will come up with a list of all the different workouts on the DVD. Sounds like you did the 22 Minute Tone & Burn Workout. Simply choose it off the list and add it to your tracker. Hope that helps!

ALICESAGE, You tracked the video correctly and don't need to do anything differently. You are given 5 minutes credit toward your fitness minutes for each strength training entry. This is why the video is entered in two parts so that you will get the appropriate 10 minutes of credit toward your fitness minutes. The fitness minutes accumulated through strength training do not show up on your fitness page. The total that you see there is only for your cardio. The 10 minutes are added the "My SparkAmerica Fitness Minutes" on the right hand side of your fitness page. Hope that makes sense!

Hello! I'm confused, I just finished day 2 "Total Lower Body Toning Workout" and scrolled down afterwards to add to the fitness tracker..Which it did, to my strength section. So then I checked all three (including the stretching) and it then said "added", but no extra minutes were added to my daily minutes on my tracker. Should I take all three off, go back to the video and re click to add to fitness tracker and then check the boxes and see if it adds the time.. Maybe it messed up? Or perhaps I'm missing a step. I'm new on here. :) Thank you!

RJSAMS, The site is easy to use once you figure out how to navigate it, but as with all new things it just takes some getting used to.

Here is a link to the videos for this challenge.

In the future the easiest way for you to find them is to go to the team page and go to the Challenge Details box. Click on the link in red that says "More Challenge Resources". You will find links there to all of the videos for this challenge.

Hope that helps you!

PAT, You should check both of them off. I know it's a bit confusing, but the video is listed in two parts that way to ensure that you get proper credit toward your fitness minutes. SparkPeople gives you 5 fitness minutes for each strength training exercise entered so with the video split into two parts you will get the appropriate 10 minutes of credit.

I can't find the videos at all. I tried to click on links in the article that purport to be taking you to the elements of the Challenge, but instead they take you to some stupid search engine page. I don't want pop-ups to unknown search engines coming up in my Sparkpeople, and if that's going to continue, I might have to get off this website. That's really unacceptable.

How in the world do you get to the videos, and why is it so hard? This is the most non-user-friendly website!

Here is what I tried today, but I have to admit "Clicking on the button doesn't necessarily work"
I had to go to VIDEOS find one I wanted to try, and copy it onto my list. I got them, but it took a while to get "this old dog" to learn how to do it!

Thanks. That did it. I ended up with 2 videos listed on the strength training - lower body sculpt first half and second half, but just checked one. Not sure whether the 9 minute video was first or second.

PATMCGEE, Which video did you do? The videos are all strength training (with the exception of the Day 1 video) and can be tracked by clicking on the "Add to Fitness Tracker" button located at the bottom of the page that the video is on. This will automatically add it under the strength training portion of your fitness page.

The Day 1 video is cardio and can be added on your fitness page by typing "intervals" in the search box. The video will then come up as SparkPeople 8 Minute Athletic Intervals Cardio Workout Video. Type "8" in the "how long?" box and this will add it to your fitness page.

Hope that helps!

I use my laptop for the videos too, but it is kinda small and a challenge to exercise and see it.
I turn the volume way up and listen more than watch. Good luck to us all! Ginnie

Some of the videos have a printable version available, but some of them don't. If this video has a printable version available it will say "Take this video with you! Click here for a printable version of this routine" underneath the video. For the videos that don't have this option you could write the exercises out by hand and then go and do them in another room. That is what I used to do before I got a laptop. Good luck!

Is there a way to print out each day's workout video?? I noticed in the 28 day boot camp that on the right hand side of the video and info there was a column saying I could print out the instructions. My computer room certainly does not have an area suitable to do the exercises emoticon
