Kind of a strange smoothie. I found by taking about 1/2 cup or less of leftover apple crisp, adding a banana, milk and yogurt -- it makes a delicious smoothie for 265 calories!

LovesLife -- you had a good breakfast. Little too early for me yet, just got back from a 1+ mile walk with my dog. I'm having an English Muffin, whole wheat with a bit of whipped cream cheese and a dab of strawberry jam -- with my coffee.

a big, fat Italian breakfast pastry with white chocolate in it. My personal favorite that I only get once every 3 months or so since it is everyone else's favorite also and it is the first thing they run out of at the bakery!

I juiced apples and oranges then blended it all up with a couple of bananas and frozen strawberries. Fruit smoothy for two.... delicious.

Wanted a change of pace this morning, so I made 1-1/2 slices of French toast with 1/2 a banana, and a glass of milk. I saw we had no sugar-free syrup at our summer home, or any other kind either -- so I made do with a pat of butter and a dab of strawberry jam. Yummy!

For the first time--steel cut oats (boiled them over) and blackberries--a very chewy breakfast. I may prefer the rolled oats. Was hungry again within 2 hours. These may have been a mistake, but will try it again tomorrow.
