Good morning! Thank you and your spouse for serving our country! emoticon

I am definitely no pro on any of this. So just giving info on what I like and found that has worked well for me. So please bear that in mind ;)

I love chalean extreme workouts...cardio and weights. I also like p90x3. Great workouts. And I have to admit both really work for me because itís a daily commitment for x number of days. Keeps me motivated! I like changing things up by adding cize, just tried Barre limited sample, transform 20, shiftshop, etc. making it different and fun!

I also love my weighted hula hoop! Has helped to tone and trim belly area! And since Iíve had my left arm in a cast for weeks...a life saver! I also love to walk/jog...gets me outside to enjoy!

As for the eating....I am a nighttime snacker. Ugh. I would do well all day long and then destroy it by pigging out. So I researched different things and found intermittent fasting and gave it a try. It works for meI I eat between the hours of 11-7...no excuses. It drives my hubby a bit crazy here and there but for the most part...it works! This way Iím not undoing all of my hard work!

This is just what I like and found works well for me. I think that is what we all need to do. Figure out what works for you and go for it! Itís not an all one thing works for all! That would be too easy! Good luck on your journey! We are here cheering for you! emoticon

Hey team,

I'm a relatively new member. I have BeachBody on Demand and have used some of their programs in the past. Sadly, upon getting my new job and current life situation, I have not worked out in months so I will admit to being a little nervous about jumping in. I love working out though, so I do enjoy a good challenge. Here's the scoop: Military spouse wanting to impress her deployed husband when he gets back next year. Does anyone have a program that worked really well for them when it comes to seeing results? I am game to try anything and I still supplement other workouts I find, but if I actually stick to a program I would be a little better off and maybe could hold myself a bit more accountable. Literally, the goal is to make his jaw drop when he sees me next time. I mean I could use that whole Miss Congeniality makeover too if anyone knows where to get something like that. Haha. I also just want to be healthier and feel better in my skin, so don't think it's just for him.
Also, I am a terrible eater. I forget to eat. I binge eat. I have fought the eating disorders in the past. I would love to learn how to better myself all around, and I feel like maybe you lovely people could give me some direction.
