lol, I know the feeling, TG!

I'm normally a mid/late morning exerciser but I was out until just before work today, so I didn't get my workout (Fire 30 and Core 20) in until just a short time ago. I almost always perform worse late in the day, and today was no exception: halfway through the Kicks round after the first Fire Drill, THAT feeling hit, and I had to bring the impact down. I did the remainder of the workout "blind," facing a window, so I could watch my form instead of the TV, and that helped me maintain a high level of intensity without all the jumping around.

I am starting to think about possibly looking for a place to teach not-quite-soon. There's a small dance studio in our neighborhood that I believe offers Zumba, and I have considered checking in there. At the training, I asked the instructor whether a Hip Hop Hustle cert would be worthwhile for a terrible dancer, and she said that based on how I moved doing TK, I probably wasn't actually (which was nice, lol), so I should try it. And, well, I've been really thinking about that, too. If nothing else, it would help me become better at dancing, but from a professional standpoint, make me more marketable if and when I choose to get back into teaching fitness. (I won't just stop doing massage, though.)

I'm in week two of Chalean Extreme and TurboFire hybrid. Did half of CE and decided I needed cardio so got TF and just started them together. I really enjoy the different workouts, Never gets boring. Sometime I feel like I'm gonna stroke out but it's never boring. emoticon

How's everyone doing with TF? Sticking to it, I hope! I'm mid-way through week 3. I can't believe almost a month has gone by! Every time I do the program, it moves quicker and quicker.

Yesterday was Fire 45 EZ & Brazil Butt Lift Cardio Axe and High and Tight. Today was Brazil Butt Lift Cardio Axe and Bum Bum with a walk with a friend of mine and my two dogs.

Well, I gave it some thought and decided I couldn't go much longer without ChaLEAN Extreme (officially my favorite program ever), so I was going to print up the hybrid schedule I (we) did last year, but then I pictured the box of Turbo Kick, Hustle, and PiYo workouts I've been hoarding (and haven't yet gone through completely) and instead threw together what I'm going to call TurboMIX: the 12-week TF program subbing CLX for the strength workouts, rotating TK and Hustle for alternating long TF workouts, with PiYo for added flexibility and core.

Any bets on how many times I'll dream about Chalene over the next three months?

Hey! I just saw this topic and am on day 2 of Week 2 now.. (I substtiuted week 1 with the TF 5 day inferno)

I have so far found that joining the TF group has helped a lot with the motivation. I was also looking for the exact same!

Yes Please be nice to yourself. But I am like you tho. This crazy girl is adding Brazil Butt Lift into mine starting tomorrow. I am going to get at 5am to exercise to TurboFire than around 8 or 9 am I am going to do Brazil Butt Lift. My problem area is the loser body so i decided to add this one in too.

I honestly do not know what is different with the Fire Starter. I know it is a new DVD and it comes with TF now with the Low HIITS. It is the only one I could find that goes 90 days so that is why I chose it. On Facebook TurboFire was having where you can enter a 90 Challenge so I wanted a schedule that was 90 days. Week 2 is Fire 55, Low HIIT25, Rest, HIIT 15, Fire 45 EZ, Core20 with Stretch 40, Low HIIT 20

The schedule has the Low HIITs but you can use the regular HIITs. I like the low HIITs because there is more squatting which I like for something different to do.

1) OK, I think I'm up for another round of Turbo Fire. Mentally done with Body Revolution before the end (AGAIN) and I need something with a little more variety.

2) Totally out of the loop on Firestarter. Is it before the regular schedule, or does it replace x-number of weeks? Also, does it involve additional videos?

3) I got 11 Turbo Kick rounds at the training in January, and they're about an hour each. I'll probably replace some of the long TF videos with those for variety, and to practice in case a teaching opportunity comes up.

Today I am on week two of the Firestarter Schedule. I would love to buddy up with you and we can help each other through it. This is my 3 or 4th round of TurboFire...I really cannot remember. I just love it so I keep doing it but this time I am going to get rid of the extra weight I am carrying but watching my diet...that is where I am struggling. I am starting my morning off at 5 am to get TurboFire in then drink my Shakeology then do my second workout which is going to Brazil Butt Lift. I have a friend that has lost a significant amount of weight and inches off her lower body with that one. I am SAHM/WAHM so I have time to do two workouts per day. I have finally hit the breaking point and want this weight gone. I live in AZ and I want to be SEXY in a bathing suit and shorts.

I am addicted to the high I feel with TurboFire! My kids ask me when I am grouchy (they are 17 & 14), Mom did you workout today and usually when I am grouchy...No I did not. My exercise is "my" time and I refuse to negotiate it!!

We can do this TOGETHER!!!

I just started TF last Monday. I was looking for someone to discuss everything with. How they are feeling, how they stay motivated, what to do about a sweet tooth, if the follow Chalene's exact schedule? Pretty much a buddy to scratch my back as I will do in return.. It seems it has been a while since a topic has been posted about week one. So, my name is Brittany. I am 21 years old, have 2 children, a husband, 2 dogs. I am a daycare provider and go to school part time for nursing. I find that TF is my 'get away' at the end of the day. Is anyone in a similar boat?

Only a couple months until bikini season!! :)
