did some stretching this morning......will be at the gym this afternoon for 60 minutes of water aerobics with water weights........and will do a Yogilates dvd here at home this evening....

went to the gym, I only had a short amount of time but it was just enough to get in 30 minutes on the treadmill and get super sweaty.
