I am so embarrassed tp say what I weigh. I go up and down up and down but need to hold my self accountable. I weighed in on my scale at 238.1.. I was horrified to see that number. I have a goal to walk with sister in Steppin Out in Pink for Susan Komen cause. IT is on Sept.12 and hope I can get some of this off-- I have to !!!! So my start day is today 8/9/2014 at 5 a.m. Please tell me it is okay to start now

OK, official start day! I weighed today after doing a clean eating challenge for two weeks and I am down 5 pounds!!!! Now I just need to do that five more times. LoL

Start weight 169. I'll see if Hubs will get a "before" picture of me tonight.
