Starting week #3 today. Haven't lost any weight last week, despite eating 6 - 8 serv. of fruit/vegetables a day and staying within my calorie range, plus working out daily. I am drinking my water, but, maybe need to increase it even more. I certainly feel better on this program, probably due to working out, daily.

I am repeating week 3 since I got sick last week and just couldn't get everything in and be healthy too...I haven't noticed much of a change though. Perhaps I need to kick up the intensity of my cardio or watch my food closer.

I'm starting week 3 (had to repeat week 2 after dropping out for 5 days). I am benefiting from the regular exercise, that is for sure. I'm staying a little over my calorie range, so I need to work on that if I want to lose (and I do!), but physically I feel much better than before I started the challenge.

I joined this challenge to help me make exercise a part of my day - not the weight loss. I've just started week 4 and I'm not sure exercise has become a habit yet so I will probably repeat the challenge. I still find the Day 1 video a challenge and some parts of the other ones also. I haven't kept track of measurements, use my pants size for that, but I'm sure every movement is helping. The one thing that has changed is that the videos get easier each time I do them.

I'm new to SP and this challenge. I'm loving both. I'm tracking my food in the nutritional tracker, which is a HUGE help! I would encourage everyone to stick to the nutrition tracker. It allows you to see your total numbers. It's really easy to enter a food that may not be on the list. It's really helping me see the results I want because it's keeping me on track!!! Keep going!!!

I have only lost 1.5 pounds but am hoping to have lost inches. I'm not measuring myself until the end of week 4 though. I think i am going to repeat this challenge for Feb and then in March if i still haven't lost my 10 pounds I will continue the exercise and focus on reducing calories which I have not really done so far.

I love this challenge, it has given me the motivation that I needed to exercise every day. I am currently doing atleast 30 minutes of cardio every day plus the videos. I started the south beach diet (as prescribed to me by my dietician) on January 1st..between the exercise and the diet I have lost a total of 20 pounds and 13.5 inches! I am really excited, I wasn't expecting it to go this well.

I have lost 3 lbs these 3 weeks.. it has helped me get back into exercising since foot sugery and talking to neurologist she is happy I am trying even though it hurts and I can't do a lot of it yet - she says it helps get the circulation to your extremeties... I like it and will continue when we are done... My weight had stalled for months- so 3 lbs is a start
Ha .. I just measuered and lost an inch in waist too.. unexpected... great

I have lost 3-1/2 pounds in 3 weeks. I was hoping to lose more, but as long as I see the scale moving downward, I am happy. I still find the day 1 video difficult as my shins and calves get very fatigued doing the jumping jacks and some of the other moves are a bit difficult. I can do them if I work slowly, so I still tend to modify. I liked the challenge as a whole because it makes you focus on all areas of a health lifestyle: Aerobic exercise, muscle toning/building and eating healthy. As you work on each different step and try to continue to incorporate them into you life, it will become easier and more of a habit than so much work!

Just finished up week 3. I was a bit disappointed that I hadn't dropped a similar weight level (1.5-2 lbs) as in the first two week, and in fact the scale told me I gained a half-pound. However, given noticeable increase in tone AND staying true to the calorie restrictions, I feel certain that it must be muscle mass and not fat. I will have faith that next week my scale will say nicer things to me.

I'm really struggling! I got sick the first week and can't seem to kick this sinus infection-thing. I have exercised about once a week and have only had one or two days that I stuck with the diet. I know I have tough times in the day that I need to manage. Hearing your joy over the little gains (or rather losses) gives me hope, but the hype over those who have stuck it out and lost a lot just gets me depressed that I'll never be able to stick with it. 4 years ago I lost 40 pounds and have slowly gained back 20 of it. Now I can't seem to discipline myself to either eat right or exercise. Yikes! I feel caught in the rut!

I am seeing not so much results on the scale -- but I was doing lots of cardio before joining this challenge. I am seeing more tone esp. in my arms.

I only dropped one pound the first week. Regained it last week for no apparent reason, although I have one more day to go to complete week #2. Stuck to the exercise regime and ate within my calorie range, mostly between 1,200 - 1,350 calories (actually SP gives me 1,200 to 1,500 cals), just one day a little higher. I feel physically more alive. Wont' measure until the end of week #4.

Just started week 4, it's definitely easier and seeing real results. Lost 5 pounds since January 1st and a couple of inches. For the first time in months I wore pants to church, no hiding my flab in a big elastic waist skirt.

Day 1 is very difficult for me...I have to modify most moves but it still gets my HR where it needs to be.

At the end of week 2 I had lost 5 pounds and 4.75 inches...I didn't want to go by the scale so I did make sure I took measurements just i ncase the scale didn't reflect any changes.

The Day 1 Cardio video is hard for me too. But I'm seeing improvement week over week. That is motivating me - I'm going to do it one more time after the 4 week Bootcamp to see how much I can do without modifying/stopping.
Improving, not being perfect, is what it's about!

Definitely seeing results compared to week 1. Stuck with it every day, was a bit sore at first, but now have SO much more energy. So far have dropped a bit over 5 lbs and see tons of muscle definition. You're in for a treat!
