Do the Bootcamp Workout videos on the Sparkpeople website count towards the challenge? The videos seem too short to be beneficial.

I joined this challenge when it first came out but have not been able to actually get going on any of the actual workouts. Between stress from my mom's heart attack last week and trying to get her into a senoirs appartment and off the farm, then getting the flu, can I just jump in on week one and start when ever or should I just quit the 28 day boot camp because I didn't start it when I should have?

Hi everyone, just joined this group :) This 28 day challenge is going to be adding more workout time for me. I want to add more, and this is perfect! Today I did cardio and weights (kettlebells) and also jogged as a second workout later in the day.

It will not let me do the day 1 video, it keeps playing the add, but when I skip it and press play on the video it says "server not found". do you know how I can fix this?

I started 2 days late, but made up all the stuff I missed. I'm ready to start week 2 but it's not highlighted for me to click on. I don't want to be behind again and have to do 2 bonus videos to catch up. Is there any way to access week 2 today instead 2 days from now? Thanks!

Can I do 3 videos on a day? I skipped Sunday's video (Day 7) to combine it with yesterday's workout (Day 1) but didnt't get to it, plus I felt discomfort on my knee.

So today I am feeling good and am going to be doing Bootcamp with cardio (5K training) but don't want to be "behind". Can I do the videos I missed today (3!) or should I stick to just today's workout (and maybe one more)?

I go to my START page and on the left hand side under Personal Program is .................Official 28-Day Bootcamp Workout Challenge, I click that and it take me to a page where if I scroll down far enough, there is a list of the videos. I just click the day I am on (Day 4) and it takes me to the video. Make sure to get your 3 points for watching and also to track calories burned to get the video to record on your Fitness Tracker. Hope this helps.

hey there... not new to sparks but new to tracking here.. got health issues and the doc has put me on a strick schedule... need to lose 4-6# more in 4weeks... i am trying to exercise daily now... i work nights in a convenient store... so active 8hrs nightly... and just recently dusted off my bike and using it...

for now i will be using the dvd's i have... and the videos on here.... this bootcamp is what i need right now...

I just previewed Day 7 for tomorrow... OMG... I can't DO it! I have a diastasis recti, and I can't do :::any::: crunches without cramps. I mean severe, muscle-freezing cramps that make my muscle bulge out of my tummy. Not fun. So, since I can't do Day 7, may I repeat Day 6, or get another, more suitable set of exercises for the Core that don't include crunches? It's just not possible.

Oh, and, yes, I've seen a surgeon to get the muscles repaired, and he couldn't get my muscles to do their thing. He's convinced that the diastasis isn't there. Lovely, huh? LOL

SHELLEYRENEE90 - For the strength training videos, you can still track those from the video page like before and it will automatically add those to your tracker for you. Otherwise, if you do it through the fitness tracker page, you can just leave the sets, reps and weight boxes blank.

TRIXYMAHOGANY - Day 1 is 10 minutes, so you would enter that for tracking. For the bonus video, you can choose any video, it doesn't matter if it is cardio or strength training and it doesn't have to be the same video both days.

Hi, I have the 28 day bootcamp DVD and I use the fitness tracker to log my workouts, but I notice that the way it is listed it only list the actual workout minutes, like the 12 minute cardio burst workout. My question is, does this calorie count include the 6 minute warm-up and the 4 minute cool down which takes your total workout time to 22 minutes? Because I notice if I enter 22 minutes work out time my calorie count is higher of course, but I am not sure if it thinks I did 22 minutes of the 12 minute program or is it taking the warm-up and cool down into consideration.

With the new fitness tracker what is the best way to track the strength training videos? If I do the video once is 10 minutes, but what do I put for sets, reps, etc.?

Two questions: When I enter in Day 1 do I put "10 minutes" for the minute counter thing or leave it at five?

Also, for the Week 2 Bonus videos, does it matter if I do cardio or toning or can I pick either? Also does it have to be the same video for both days?

I bought Coach Nicole's 28 Day Boot Camp Video and planned on using it instead of the linked videos which are different and seem to be shorter. For example Day 1 of the linked video is ten minutes and day one of the DVD is 22 min. Will using the 28 Day Boot Camp DVD still count in this Challenge? And do I use my fitness tracker to log it in? Thanks for answering my questions.

I have a question about the videos. The first video (the cardio one) requires a lot of movements which would be too loud in my home (as I live on the second floor). I am wondering if it would be ok if I skipped the Day 1 videos and simply added 10 extra minutes to my normal cardio routine.

Hi Denise, I am on day 2 of week one and have two questions

The day 2 video I did skater swats instead of the last chair exercise as I have limited space is that ok?
Also I did 30 mins of cardio yesterday and my personal schedule has today as my rest day ..does it matter when I do the cardio or should I do another set today?
