It has been a goal of mine to get my heart rate up when I walk. Today I did that. I walked 45 minutes and got my heart rate up to a peak rate for 2 minutes ( high of 151). I did 20 minutes at cardio rate and 23 minutes at fat burn. I did this by running and jogging part of my walk. That got my rate up quite well. My reward is that it felt really good. I worked up a sweat and am glad I have my own office not shared with anyone else.

Yesterday I did my strength training and finished 3 "circuits." I did that in 18 minutes. Prior to that, it took me 22 minutes. I will be adding another circuit into my routine starting next week.
