Have not done my "regular" workouts yet, but this am when I was qualifying at the firing range, I got in some light jogging; jogged downrange to get my target, moved target, then jogged back to firing line. A little bit, but it helps, and......I qualified; just missed Expert, but I'll get that back again, next time:)

Yesterday I played tag with 4 kids in the pool. Talk about fun!

This is Day #1 of my week #2; I started my workouts with Cardio in a Crunch, then moved on to Day #3 Bootcamp workout, 8-min Upper Body workout. Going to do some wall pushups, dips, and back extensions after dinner, while I watch my DVD movies. I popped my stability ball:( in the middle of my workout, and had to do a quick repair. I think it is still usable, for now, but I'm planning on getting a new one.

I have become excited about exercise!! I found a buddy that loves to exercise with me. My 4 year old son! On Sunday I was doing cardio blast and he came in and just started doing it with me. Monday he again wanted to do it with me. Today will be our 3 day streak. This is great! While I am teaching him about having a healthy lifestyle he is motivating me to also have one.

did the DVD Fit, Firm & Fired Up 2nd day
also did my treadmill 30 minutes & walked 15 minutes today

ok... probably shouldn't have but I helped my husband fill in two big holes in our front yard, (left by the septic pumping people), and now my back is aching. lol
But I spent almost 20 minutes doing it.
I feel really good about that.
Probably will be mad at myself tomorrow but who cares, the pain won't last for ever.

Today I started my exercise with Cardio in a Crunch workout, then did the Bootcamp Day#2 workout (8 min Lower Body w/ Ball), then finished with my favorite, the Butt Blasting workout. Y-E-E-S-S-S!!!
