Upper body strength training for approx 20 minutes plus my usual ball crunches (like to do ball crunches daily). Also walked 3.4 mph with a steep 12% incline on my treadmill for 70 minutes (well 10 minutes was a warm up and cool down without the incline at about 2.8-3.0 mph) while reading a new book I got.

Shooting for lower body strength training and 10-20 minutes on the treadmill tomorrow.

I did 30 minutes on my Wii Fit and then I did the kick-boxing 10 minute spark video and it kicked my butt! I was sweating after that one. emoticon
