PM: 12 minute ab workout and 1.5 miles at 15 min/mile plus I tried 10 minutes of kettlebell training with hubby! It was fun!

OK...yesterday I did a bunch of stuff. Ran weed trimmer for 17 min (until I ran out of line), walked 1 mi - 18 min, and nordic track for 10 min.

Today was a different story. I did get in a 10 min walk though.

DAY 1

Hello 10'ers!

Well, I started mowing the lawn with a manual mower, that is, until I noticed that the morning grass was covered in sleepy little moths with dewy wings emoticon .
So, rather than put a dent in the local moth population I decided to come inside and use my Elliptical. emoticon
5 minutes to warm up and cool down, 7 minutes as fast as I could go and 3 at a moderate pace.
