last weigh in was 290

my beginning weight in november of 2009 was 315 and in june was 335.....

and down we go~!!!!

I'm down 1.2 pound this week. yeah!!! :) the different from last week was that I didn't workout as much. looking forward for next weeks weigh-in will be burning up the tread mill this week so watch out guys I may be the biggest loser this coming week! :)

When I set out on wednesday I get really motivated but then work comes and along with the chocolate ... if anyone has some tricks up their sleves to keep motivate and not give in when pressure and cravings hit then please help...im feb up with being at the same weight...

I forgot to weigh in yesterday, but on my regular Sunday weigh in, I stayed the same. 192.8

I'm getting quite frustrated, and I know it's my own fault. I can't seem to stay away from the sweets.

And now, next Tuesday I'll be away from home for a week, and that's how I gained 15 of the 30 I originally lost...I'm worried I'm going to gain more back!

I guess a little is better than nothing. I weighed in at the gym with my trainer, too, and yes I complained to her too...

I have been working my butt off and eating my calories like she has me on and only lost 2 pounds!

No Change (115) UGH! Still frustrated..You would think after burning 2900 calories (it's harder now to burn these calories, I was going twice a day and burning 600-800 calories) last week I would have gained some ground....just went it starts to go down it goes right back to 115...I'm a runner and this extra 5lbs is a huge deal....I do know that I have muslce, so maybe it's time to get back into the Bodpod and check out my fat % ???
