I am glad to see someone here from when I joined Spark People. I haven't lost all the weight I want to since 2010, but I am going down. My goal is not a race to be done with the weight loss, but to learn how to maintain what I have lost as I go.

I wanted to stop by and encourage team members to keep at it.

Thanks for being here Cheryl! I'm restarting after a time away and 20 pound gain. Challenges have worked for me in the past. I find right now would not be a good time for a challenge due to getting ready to go on vacation and my Aunt's visiting from out of town and staying with me for 5 days. September! I'll start a challenge Monday September 11th! Peace, Goddess Faith
