my health is my biggest motivator-
then i am vain - i want to LOOK GOOD still
i used to watch the show RUBY - i miss it - but i got a lot of good tips out of that show - like putting mirrors in the most unexpected placed.
i hate the mirror - it does not lie - i used to just look from the neck up - now when i look or catch a glimpse - if make a mental note of how that is going to change.
so - i am my biggest motivator -

- I know if other people can do it, so can I
- small changes make a big difference
- a little success can bring more
- it's progress I am after, not perfection!

One thing that has helped lately is knowing and being inspired by other people like my massage therapist (a nurse) who lost about 25 pounds in the last couple of years. It's great to have someone in mind as I go from day to day. Also, just staying positive.
