I definitely didn't do as well as I had hoped. I actually started out really strong. I was doing weight watchers and was starting to get active again. I couldn't really pinpoint what went wrong.. I guess it probably started when I quit my job to help a friend take care of her 3 year old and newborn daughters since both of our men were deployed. At that point she was buying all the food so I guess I was in the mindset that I couldn't be choosy. Unfortunately I never turned things around from there. I am currently at the highest weight I have ever been so my goals now are just to start small. I've pretty much cut out soda so that's a plus there. Well I think I got a little crazy in my response. Thanks for listening.

well i did not do as well as i hoped - i had a few months of real progress - but then slid backwards -
i guess i should be happy i am about the same wt as i was last year - but i am very disappointed -
my goals for 2013 - get out more with friends and DO SOMETHING FUN - that might go a long way to helping me lose weight too.
thanks for the opportunity to squawk and talk - BB

I met most of my goals.
I had wanted to run at least one race per month. Missed out on April and May because of an injury, but I made up for them since I've done 16 so far this year with 2 more lined up.
All in all, it was definitely a good year for me.

I met most of my goals. As I look back, I'm slightly disappointed, however, I think that losing 80 pounds in a year is a pretty good accomplishment, so I'm not going to beat myself up over not meeting my ultimate goal for the year, which was 100. On to next year.

How well did you meet the goals you set in 2012?

I exceeded my expectations
I met all of my goals
I met most of my goals
I was THISCLOSE to meeting my goals
I didn't do as well as I hoped
My performance was horrible
I didn't set any goals for the past year
