I want to be able to walk for an hour (3 Miles) or workout 50-60 minutes five or more days per week without much if any pain. That's one of my Spark goals, too.

I want to publish several short stories and/or one or more novels.

If I ever have enough money (maybe after the novel), I want to buy a 20+ acre farm and some horses to put on it. That's been a lifelong dream of mine!

I might want to try racing a car on a track, but that's about as daring as I get.

I just would like to feel energized, fit and enthusiastic to do any activity - golf, tennis, hiking, skiing, swimming, or play badminton.

i used to have a three page bucket list not so very long ago -
African photo safari was high on it - but now the price is prohibitive, the unrest in the countries of the continent imposes huge danger - politically and there are diseases more rampant and obvious than we know.
the dream of retiring to a warmer climate for five months in the cold weather also went the dodo bird way - health insurance is too expense so if you fall and break a leg etc - you are done for.
also travelling has been made to be quite annoying , unpleasant and in some ways unsafe - there are a lot of accidents - triple what there used to be.
so now i just want to be free of pain, able to move and enjoy it, i would love to be able to drive again as i used to with no trepidation.
i just want to be able to afford the things i really need and if the Good Lord blesses me with anything extra - maybe indulgence in a fun thing with a friend.
it is healthy to have friends and be able to communicate, laugh and enjoy.
those things are important.

Let's just say I have absolutely no desire to jump out of an airplane! That being said...my healthy bucket list? I want to play tennis again. I want to play golf without being out of breath. I might even want to run a 5K, but that's pushing it...I don't really like running. But I would like to go on a lengthy hike sometime. To go somewhere that you can only reach by hiking.

I live near a skydiving place and I watch the divers whenever they're out. It looks like so much fun, but I don't have the courage to do that.

I'd like to simply be able to do 30 minutes of cardio, 5 days a week, without it knocking me down for a week. Right now my body will only tolerate 3 days at 30 minutes. Most of the time I try for 10-20 minutes.

What's on your "healthy" bucket list?

I wasn't quite sure how to answer this question but I'm going with the "typical" bucket list scenario. I'd like to go skydiving. I've been talking about it for years and need to start looking into it....prices, etc.

Going by the more obvious SparkPeople vernacular, I want to buy a recumbent bike. Just found out my DH has high blood pressure and he needs to exercise on a regular basis. He has arthritis in his knees and can't go on my long walks with me so we have to figure something else out.

I believe in myself, I am a strong woman. I will reach my goals, I will live my life with integrity and intention. I will set a good example for my daughters and my son. I will be a woman that makes my grand children proud when they look at pictures of me long after I've left this earth.
