not big red meat eaters. We hardly cook red meat but once in a while have it at a restaurant.

hardly - it is heavy on the digestion - i tend to have more chicken and i am planning to have more fish. isn't funny how 'red meat ' used to be the expensive item - and now that we have mostly all switched to poultry - it has climbed very high in price and sometimes breast surpasses beef.
i also buy lean cuts of pork and i find it is very nice - bbq or roast - and lighter on the digestion too.

Yes, but we eat a lot more chicken and fish than we used to. I was eating a lot more red meat before January, when we started this new round of working out. Now, it's no more than 2-3 times a week. We make a lean chili once or twice a week, and then I have a Lean Cuisine that I like that's Salisbury Steak. That's my Monday lunch. The rest of the week is mostly chicken and fish.

Yes we do, but limit it to no more than 1 oce or twice a week. We always try to space out the different types of meat that we eat.
