I did not know we could earn points either. Thanks. I went back and earned some for "articles" read, but could not for all because you can only earn a certain amount for articles.

If you click at the bottom for see more postings, you can find back to day one of the bootcamp and still had points if you haven't earned tree already for the day.

I just noticed that I could get Spark Points each day I did the exercises. I didn't do this this past week until today. Once I added the exercises to my fitness tracker I never bothered going right to the very end of the page for the Spark Points as I didn't know they were there for the taking. I hope I am still getting credit for doing the exercises. I have been tracking them so I would think that I am.

couldn;t do the video yesterday I pulled something in my shoulder on Tuesday. I am going to try to do it today. Still fighting this cold so when I get over heated I have a coughing fit, but I am going to do my best. I also plan to go for a walk this afternoon before the snow starts.

I'm having a great time doing this bootcamp. Although I don't have a stability ball, I am able to modify the moves and still get a great workout... I still follow along with the videos.
I had a big challenge yesterday as hubby was home and it was a usual rest day for me. I really had to fight through the laziness to get my minutes in. I'm glad I did it!

Continued success to everyone!!!

It has been a fun week doing the Bootcamp!
I found that I love working out on the ball!!! Never worked out on it before so I'm going to continue using it even when bootcamp is done!
My legs are tired today because I rode my indoor bike yesterday and I normally don't ride it much. I do get a better workout on my treadmill so that's what I plan on using for most of my cardio.

Well I can check Day 5 off. Getting back to Day 4 and the stability ball...GOFORITNOW I just got a big kick out of your comment about stability and ball being used together, it brought images of me, on the ball rolling it up under my knees/body just wobbling all over the place. I had 2 thoughts running through my mind; first, who is going to save me when I roll myself right off of this thing head first into the wall and second, I'm soooooooo glad that nobody was standing behind me while I was doing this. I'm lovin' this bootcamp though. Great job everyone! emoticon

I didn't get the workout video done today because I was too sore after scooping the sidewalk today because the snow blower isn't working properly at the moment. I also didn't think that the video would be one that I could handle really well with my back.

When you do your cardio tracker there is a search for cardio exercises. That might give you ideas. Also there is sample videos by sparkpeople on youtube.Hope this is helpful.Keep warm.

I tried different videos at my library and decided I really liked Leslie Sansone. Then, I was able to buy dvds I really enjoyed doing. Youtube also has videos. Well, I'm slowly working my way back towards 30 minutes. I'm lucky to have one block of time to work out so I'm trying to get what I can in. I'll have to do the bootcamp workout tomorrow.

Any suggestions for indoor cardio? I usually walk outside, but it is snowing and really cold here. I am trying to find cardio to do for 30 minutes inside my house. I do not have any cardio equipment. Any ideas???

I did my 36 minutes/6.03 miles on the recumbent bike at the YMCA + strength training! However, some exercises I did are not listed in Sparlpeople's machine exercises, so I don't know how to enter them!
They are:

Machine Biceps curl-is this the same as the Preacher Curl?

I haven't done the sparkpeople workouts but I have been working out. A friend and I have been doing about 30 minutes in the morning, today we did 45 minutes. I thought I going to keel over a few times, it was a 3 mile power walk/abs routine. Then we went out and rode the trails. My horse was froggy, feeling the weather for sure.

I weighed myself this morning, and I have lost 3 pounds since the first of the year. I am so proud of myself and motivated to keep going farther.

Got the video done early and then when I went back to read the bonus I noticed that it said 30 minutes of cardio and went back and saw it also said 30 minutes for the other 2 days.....well,I caught up all but 10 minutes, which I will add to my workout tomorrow.

Below the window with the video there is a button to click "Add to Fitness tracker". A couple of times I had to click it more than once to get it to register. Also, some of them go under strength training. Are you tracking strength training? If not, on your fitness page, near the top click on something like "change fitness schedule" or something like that.

Completed Day 4 of the bootcamp wayy too early this morning! My cardio was 120 mins of kickboxing, jump rope, dancing, and other various exercises. I got in my veggies too! Didn't see that until after I did it though. I'm a veggie lover as well. Can't wait until tomorrow!

Just finished the workout and getting ready to do my cardio for the day. I've had this stability ball for over a year and didn't know how to use it. These workouts are great - I'll keep using them after the challenge!

I am a veggie lover. No trouble getting fruits and veggies into my meal plan.

90 min. of cardio though.....no way in the winter. Maybe in the summer when I am trimming and wood chipping, etc.

Day 4: Did the video, but I was laughing so hard at myself I had to restart and get serious. Thankfully I don't have full length mirrors in this room...eeek. Got in all my veggies and did my 30 mins of cardio this morning. Yes!

As mentioned before...we are halfway through the week already!

Really enjoyed Day 4 today. Did 50 min. Zumba class after, and my abs still feel tight. This is great! emoticon Had a nice healthy bowl of split pea soup for dinner and canned pineapple rings. LIFE IS GOOD. So far only my glutes are sore.

Just finished up day 4 of Boot Camp. Really enjoyed the workout today. I was only able to do one time, and I also got in 90 minutes of cardio today as well. Really liking this boot camp

I enjoyed the core workout today!
I was surprised that I could do the plank as well as I did!! That was a nice surprise for me!

I did all my own exercises today and I am still hurting from yesterday. I am using muscles, or should I say finding muscles, LOL, that I haven't used in literally years. A wheelchair will weaken already weakened muscles because you are so sedentary. This is tough. Day 4 and still here and happily sore. Also, I am avoiding the scale until Friday when I have to go to the hospital and they will do a weigh in for me then.
emoticon Past the half way mark for the first week and we are now in it to win it. Good luck everybody. We can do it!

Today was really hard to modify since I dont have a stability ball so I just sort of did my own ab exercises along with the video I did a few planks, reverse crunches, and crunches.

i hear ya got on the scales today and also didn't like what i saw i know bootcamped started sunday but i stared thur so i had a few extra days to lose i thougth but no little disapointed but not giving up
its gotta move some time
