day 36..
i have struggled this week with my eating and my depression... i have mostly stayed below 1800 cals i think but on my saturday weigh~in it said i had put on 3 pounds... today a check said i have put on one pound this week
a new week and a sense of determination with both my eating and my mood
onwards and upwards

GRRR... ARGH...its a Buffy thing...she saved the world a lot

working on being FABULOUS

DAY 4 ~ did a 4.7 mile run tonight, however I did not enjoy it, was such a struggle today, not sure why??? emoticon

Iona you are my hero! I gotta tell you that I think of you almost every day when I get to the end of the day and I still have to do my exercise I tell myself that I know you have done it and so can I. Nice job staying on here and starting over! You never give up and I love that!

day 28 for me today.... i have lost 1 pound this week so i am half way to my goal of 10 pounds
i have made good choices this week and done at least 10 minutes of exercise every day
this has been a good week emoticon

April has got away from me, emoticon
busy with work and family, I'm trying to keep up but I'm sure I had a few days where I didn't do much ......so reluctantly I'm joining those on a "start over" with an early run before work in the morning!

I am also starting over. Recently out of the hospital after a long hospitalization and just trying to get my feet under me - so - light walking and day by day

day 22: was working yesterday so i missed my day 21 weekly post... after a week of not great eating due to birthday cake and chocolate i am please to say i didnt gain ... or lose..
i did some exercise every day but only managed to get to the pool once due to taking a poorly friend out for a change of scenery

so this week i am back to eating well and hope i will be able to lose

DAY 56 ~ running yesterday, walking and yoga today.
Ronna if you look on YouTube for Technogym Omnia you will get an idea, kind of interval or circuit training.

Hi Guys, DAY 52, wow passed half way! I been a little bit AWOL but still working hard. Loving the gym since I rejoined and getting some running done too. Just need to get back to the pool now! Keep going team! emoticon
