The HR means Heart Rate. I haven't seen the inspire, but other trackers Fitbit has the only difference between was weather the tracker has Heart Rate.

I have a fitbit one and I was looking at the Inspire to replace my One when it finally does fail.
I think the HR has more features than the regular Inspire. If you haven't checked yet, the Fitbit website should tell you more.
I like the fact that you can wear the Inspire on a clip and not on your wrist.
