14 days is pushing it. I would be sure to sync at the last posable moment and again at the first. If posable about the middle of the week. I one couldn't sync my zip for about 15 day. The zip held 14 days, the first day fell off, so I got most of my steps,

With normal use, your Zip’s battery should last up to 6 months.
A battery icon will appear on your Zip display when the battery has drained to 25%.
A flashing battery icon indicates that your Zip is very close to being drained. Data
could be lost if your Zip is not synced before replacing the battery.
If your Zip battery drains, purchase a new 3V coin battery, CR2025. Use the provided
battery door tool to unlock the battery door compartment, located on the back of unit

you can get these batteries at grocery, drug, office supply and building supply stores

determining your current battery level
You can check your battery’s level by logging into your dashboard and clicking on
your photo and name. The battery level recorded during your most recent sync will
be listed to the right of the picture of your Zip. You can also check your battery level
from the Fitbit apps.
Your Zip stores minute-by-minute data for 7 days and daily totals for 30 days.
When you sync your Zip, its data is uploaded to your dashboard and
securely stored on Fitbit’s servers. As long as you sync your Zip within thirty days of
activity, you will be able to transmit that data to your dashboard.
NOTE: Every night at midnight, your Zip will reset itself. This means your goal
progress and daily data will begin at zero again. This does not delete the data
stored on your tracker. That data will be uploaded to your
dashboard the next time you sync your Zip.
The time this reset occurs is based on the time zone set on your

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much A true friend reaches for your hand but touches your hea

I will be visiting my sister in Texas starting late tomorrow. I'll be there about 14 days. Will my Fit bit Zip keep all that time stored until I get home? Also I'm wondering will I be warned if my battery is low? I meant to write this sooner and now I will not have time to see this message from the team to know what I might need to do.
I'd appreciate any feedback on this. I love my Zip!
Thank you, Team!

Spark People Team Leader, GLITTERGIRL, from Team, "I Can't Do This On My Own", helped me reach my goal in 2012. I was able to maintain my weight for several months, but now I have to get serious again as much of my hard work I let go of, putting my focus on another issue. I will keep on, until I get back to my goal.
