It actually had zero effect on me. Minus a small anxiety attack because I hadn't changed the clocks in the kitchen and I though the kids were late for CCD. Oddly enough, my kids woke up at the same time as always.

The thing I hate about the time change is how early it gets dark. It just makes the evening seem so long.

My body starting adjusting over a week ago. Iím glad itís finally here. How does the Fitbit handle the time change when estimating sleep. I show an hour gap where it said I was awake, when I wasnít.

It always takes me several days to adjust to it.
I hate that it's going to be dark at 5:30 or 6 pm now. It just makes it so gloomy.

It doesn't bother me, my normal wake up time really varies. So it isn't anything new emoticon

Every day I am on the verge of making slight changes that would make all the difference in my life.

One day I won't be able to do this, but today is not that day

I woke up at 4:19 AM. It would have been 5:19 if not for the "fall back" time. I wonder how long it will take me to wake up at my regular time. Well at least I have extra time to get ready for church. Happy Sunday everyone.
