Looks like my body likes this weight. I need to up the intensity seems like to see that darn scale to keep going down. I am happy where I'm at so maybe when I get to 130-135 I'll have to re-evaluate my plans.

So far I've gained back 9 pounds since the start of this challenge. I've got to get back to dillegently tracking my food & exercise. And I need to up my fitness routine, obviously what I've been doing is no longer working LOL!

I'm not posting my weight again until Thursday. I'm really praying that I will be at 175 lbs, which will be 3 lbs since last Thursday. I've added more cardio to my workout. I've been averaging 500 calories per day and I'm staying within my calorie range.

I really hope it makes a big difference. By July 28th (my 25th week), I'll be at my real goal of 155 lbs.
