i am very grateful that i don't just stuff & stuff food into my face like i used to, i'm so much more mindful of when i start to feel full & i see now that i feel much better when i don't overstuff, not only physically, but less depressed because of not having that food overload compounding my body & an overload or unbalance of chemicals & nutrients!

This Thursday evening, I express gratitude for:
*my family that I love so much!
*a productive day at work
*getting my exercise completed this evening(usually if I don't do it in the morning, it doesn't get done)
*enjoying dinner with my Mom and youngest daughter
*I saw 169.8 on the scale this morning (haven't weighed under 170 for some time now)!

I'm grateful that I can walk. If I couldn't I would have been stuck at home today cause the van was at the restaurant with husband and son, the Bronco was having the air conditioning worked on, and Tommy wrecked his car a month ago. I walked to the restaurant this afternoon at closing time. Not fun in 90+ degree weather but still enjoyable.

Today I am thankful for my dad who I admire and respect to no end who has been sober for 20+ years, turned his life around and has always been there for me!

I am also thankful to my husband who is such a fantastic father to my own children and I would be lost without, lol!!!

Thanks, Cathy!

I'm going to stick to one thing each day so I don't repeat myself too much.

Today I am thankful for my husband walking with me. It helps keep me doing my almost daily walk.

I am definitely grateful to all of you...

I am grateful for SP because I truly don't think I would have had the kind of success I have had without it!!

I am thankful for all of my teams -- the ones I lead and the ones I don't.

As always, I am grateful for my three chickens -- even on days like today when I think they are going to make me CRAZY!!!

I am thankful for my hubbs as he is always such a big support to me and the love of my life!!

I am grateful for every day that I am blessed with seeing a sunrise and sunset.

I am grateful I have friends to share my ups and downs with.

I am grateful for my family that loves me.
