Well bootcampers what did you think of the day one workout! I loved it! I couldnt believe I could get to sweating quite so quickly LOL!

I really enjoyed the kickboxing one last time around. Granted in the truck it is tough...but NOT impossible!

I am fired up over the bootcamp and posted my starting stats in my daily challenge blog and am already looking forward to day 2!

We CAN make this happen! HOOAH!

KATIEDID1 - If by rules you mean the layout and what you're supposed to do, then you need to go to the sparkteam page for this team and go down to the "Daily Workouts and Challenges Forum". Then click on the link that says "7 day workout plan overview." If there are any other questions, try the topic that says "FAQs: Where to Find Videos, Tips and More." There is also now a question and answer section. Was there anything specific you wanted to know about the rules? If so, just drop me a message or post it in the forum called "Please reply HERE to ask questions!" under the heading "Questions about the Challenges, Bootcamp & Contest Forum"

I just did the Day 1 video, good one. I have a question though, am I the only one who has trouble finding their way around on this site? I can never locate something I want to get back to, like the "rules" of this challenge. If I try to find it where others have mentioned to go, I can't get there. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I actually did the video last night.. and it was fun, definitely got my heart rate up- but aerobic exercise is 20 minutes or more of constant activity. So it really shouldn't be labeled as that. However, it's definitely a butt kicker. I'll do it again today!

GOINGTORWANDA and SHOSTER - If you look at the team goals you will see one that says do 1 boot camp video per day and another one saying do 1 daily challenge. If you join those two goals then you can check them off in your other goals section. If you need an explanation on how to check those or to find them let me know. :)

Woke up early and did the bootcamp day 1 video before church (I NEVER get up in the morning to exercise!) It wasn't too difficult in terms of intensity, but I definitely was convinced that I am more coordinated that this!!

A question - is there anyplace that we need to log that we did each day's workout (beside our own fitness tracker)?

Morning I did the video!!!!!!!!! Sure didn't seem like 10 minutes. I had to march in place a few times and I couldn't go as fast as Nicole but I did do it. I am so proud of myself.

I just finished the kickboxing video. I am not coordinated - I always knew it that's why I'm afraid to go to group exercise classes at the gym. Maybe after a month of these videos I won't be so skiddish.

I've done the first video and it was HARD not in intensity but I am possibly the least co-ordinated person on the planet and kicking and punching at the same time are a bit beyond me at this point in time emoticon . So I think for the first week I will do that video every day as part of my cardio. Maybe I can get it into my body emoticon

I also am very excited for this boot camp. I am getting married on July 24 and although we are not having a "real" wedding and only our two wittiness are going to be with us, I would like to look my very best. I also would like to be able to go to my fiancé's water park (he's a life guard) and turn heads. Here's to one month of hard work to get us back on track. YEAH!!!

Just did the first workout. Combined it with the other cardio kickboxing workout. I feel pretty good now. I've updated all of my stats on my page to keep track for everyone to see.

I'm so excited about this bootcamp. It's exactly what I needed at exactly the right time. I just could not get started with an exercise program. I signed up for bootcamp and I have complete the workout video for day one. That's a real accomplishment for me. I'm off now to update my spark page with my goals.

Good luck everyone! Hey W8FALNOFF, it's pretty good that you're doing a journal about your health and fitness. It's pretty good to hear beacaus I'm doing something similar to that. I have a blog where I'm trying to write everything involving my health and fitness too!

I took some time to think this over, and then thought, "What is there to think about...I can't stand the way I look, I have been really down in the dumps, and contemplating having the LapBand Surgery"
So I am going to go this challenge along with my personal challenges and hope for the best...

I have started a hardback journal to carry with me so I can write what I eat and how I am feeling when I eat, along with my daily goals and what I am doing to reach them..

I have to find something that will kick me into gear...so let's get this thing started..

Well just one more day to be the actual starting point. I just had my husband take a picture of me today so I could get started with doing my Blog tomorrow. I am not sure if I will do measurements or not, I may go in and weigh at my Doctors Monday also as a starting point and then when the competion is done go in and weigh. That will be about 4 weeks which I like to do anyway, every 4 to 6 weeks. I can't stand being a slave to the scale like I had done in the past. I would get so depressed and this time I don't feel that way. Well Good luck to everyone for tomorrow.

I did not meet my May 1 goal of 140 pounds. I hope this bootcamp will help me get meet my June goal of 130. Or is 10 pounds to much to loose in 28 days??

Got tomorrow's challenge in today since I work and usually don't spend time on the computer on Sunday's. Updated my page with my goals for May, week by week. I'll probably add in my measurements, too.

Off to the gym right after work tomorrow to get in that cardio, then I'll do the video tomorrow night.

This is going to be great! I have been through boot camp once before with the army. I think I will like this better. Wouldn't it cool to have a week bootcamp for real? Can you imagine the excitement on the very first morning? Ahhhhh, just like Christmas. emoticon
