Well I went a little over on my calories yesterday, but only like 150 over so not too bad. And I did some extra cardio first so I hope it'll all balance out. Damn you pumpkin and pecan pie....

I'm working out everyday, watching my calories, doing my strength training . . . I've been trying to mix it up so my body won't get use to the same thing every day. I'm still hanging at the same weight! Only thing I really lack in is sleep. I don't get the recommended 7 - 8 hours, more like 5 - 6.

Windy and cool but no rain or snow-yet. As I have 2 labs I started raking today so will get exercise outside . My allergies don't like it tho but it is nice to be outdoors. emoticon

I have been so busy the last 2 weeks I kind of fell offf with tracking exercixe, etc. but I am back and at least it hasn't been 6 months like it was before!!

I haven't been posting here as things have been so hectic for me. i did buy the DVD from Sparks and have been walking a lot so hope to keep at it now. i think i can handle 10 minutes and maybe will go for more. Haven't tried it yet. also saved some emails like exercising in your living room so, hopefully, i can keep at it. Have a good weekend everyone. emoticon

Alright, i have had a no weight loss week. Very disapointed but i think i know whats going on. I think i'm working out too much. I also know that on sunday i cheated, but that was one day and i did so much excerisce to try to even it out. What me and boyfriend have been realizing is that i have been dieting and then working it all off before i go to bed. At night i run on my elliptical for 1 hour on level 8 resistance. Its burns 1000 calories. So basically all my food gets taken out and my body is in starvation mode while i sleep and then i do it all over again the next day. Plus i also do a biggest loser workout in the same day. We also think that i could be gaining alot of muscle and that could be affecting the weight loss.

So this week i am going to start a new type of program. I am going to stick to my calorie goal and do what the biggest loser 30 day shread suggested. I am going to do 45 mins of cardio and a strength excercise everyday along with dieting. My 45 mins of cardio is going to be my running elliptical. The strength excercise is going to be switching everyday between BIGGEST LOSER WEIGHT LOSS YOGA, AND BOOT CAMP. I want all my mucles to get their workout. NO MORE WORKING OUT BEFORE BED. I think pulling back on the excercise will help. At least i hope it will. Only time can tell. Wish me luck folks.

don't withdrawal your worth more than that i just want you to know i know where you are coming from i even had team leaders say bad things about me lately and it hurts i just want say hang in there and if you got something negative to get off just say it out loud and then try that i'm a positive person but i have negative days too everyone does no ones perfect this i do know some people just think they are and are out to makes us that trying to get better afraid we might do better i think it's our way to show them what's what we can do it i'm a fat person i know it i got a long ways to go i know it we can't change how people feel about others appearance of us or them but all we can do is the best we can and not quit think about it it please i want to help ya if you got something you just feel you need to say spark mail me i will help ya through it negative or positive i will do the best i can to help

Spring is here! and it's time for bootcamp for me. It's tough going but I am determined. Today I am starting with day 3 (not that it matters where one starts as long as I'm consistent) and tomorrow is the start of the long weekend. Yikes! No matter. I will just do what I can when I can and it'll be the last holiday before Xmas so I'll be able to get back into things in October but I just wanted to make a start. emoticon

Is there a way to download the training videos so I can burn them? or are all the workouts available on a DVD. I don't have a computer in my room, which is where I workout.

No it doesn't change, actually this challenge was a time specific challenge which has gone by. I keep on it as I like to have the videos handy. The new spark challenge is a walking challenge.

Got my exercise in today. Did everything indoors, it was raining in Central Jersey this morning. Sun is out some, still some clouds, but a whole lot cooler that it has been. My sisters stopped, by for a unexpected visit, that was good.

Will send some time reading my Bible and doing homework. Oh, almost forgot need to bake a couple of cakes for some people.

My husband's operation went well. He has to make some life style changes that I will be pushing but perhaps together we can make it happen! Weight went up a little today.

Oh,appliances. My blender stopped working, as did my clothes streamer. The iron still works some, after falling off the ironing board so many times, but it leaks water on the clothes, on the floor, on my foot. LOL:) My DirecTV is shut off because I can't pay the bill. Don't have air conditioning, because it is in storage, that I can't get to because I owe money on it and it is up for auction. LOL Oh my God!! LOL What else is going on in my life. I'm almost down 10 pounds. WooHoo. Better days are coming. And it will cool down soon:) emoticon
