mine has been a 5 year long struggle with hypothyroidism....edging closer to normal weight now.SP gave me the initial boost when i was diagnosed. am back now hoping to finally achieve the goal weight.this march may be it .. :)

My Weight,

March 1 - 73.5kg(162lb)

I have changed the tracker dates because weekly tracking does not help me much.
10days will be ok it seems!
I am planning to lose 2kgs (4lbs approx)
