I can't be looking at calorie count. I'm too busy counting carbs!

Tracking food every day should give you a good estimate. Using the food tracker I try to stay between 1200 to 1500 calories a day but make sure they are in the right percentage and the chart at bottom of tracking page will show this. Watching that I keep the fat % below 30 is a game I play and the protein at 20%. It works for me.

ADA says generally 1800 or fewer. I think sometimes when I track I underestimate how many calories I have eaten. emoticon

I have no idea, but I'm watching carbs only. I don't keep track by number either, but I don't have any carbs until dinner, and that's vegetables, fruit and nuts.
