BJ Fogg of tinyhabits.com teaches how to do tiny things (30 seconds or less) that help you do the behaviors you want (e.g. develop new behaviors or one time habits)

With the challenges of dealing with Coronovirus 19, they are offering free webinars about everything from dealing with the stress of these times, how to work from home with kids at home, how to deal with being in lock down, etc.
