I'm not sure how to figure out calorie expenditure for weights above of below what is listed, but this may help you get a better idea.

Personally, you'd have to wing it.....I'd go with the 10-20lb, but add in an "appropriate" amount af minutes. I'm sure there's a mathematical way to do it.......probably something along the lines of how many more calories do you burn carrying +20 pounds, but I can't help you there.

How do you put this in the fitness tracker, they have hiking with 10lb-20lb, but I am on the road with a 40 lb. It is hilly. and walking just doesn't seem to cover it. Let me know your opinion or what you enter for when you Ruck.
