Get some flaxseed, chia seeds or whey protein and add them to oatmeal or smoothies.
I often struggle as well and these help plus they are good for you!

I've been hitting 1500-1900 of my recommend 2000-2600, what do i eat to fill those extra calories because I've read to much of a deficit can actually keep you from losing weight.
Any suggestions?
