Hey Shelley----That's great you're doing so well with the weight loss! How's it going lately?

I'm starting to go up again. I think it's because I haven't been exercising as much. I also have been eating a LOT of hard candies and not counting them in the food tracker. I'm thankful I can think of these ideas of areas in which I can improve and, hopefully, go down in weight again.

Weighed in at 203 today. I don't think I really dropped 3 pounds since last week. I think its a combination of a bit of a binge the day before last time and a bit of dehydration this time. Either way, I'll take it!

After over a month of holding steady at 204, I started creeping the wrong direction. Last week I was 205 and this week 206. It doesn't look like I'll be making my goal of 200 by the end of June. I guess it's time to reassess my goals and get back in gear.

Went from 213 (which is what I've been at for over a month now...STRESS! AAARGHH!!) to 211 this morning. Yes!

Only 2 lbs away from 209, which is where I was at in February, and the lowest I've been so far on this journey.

I can't weight (get it? weight? not wait? hehe I funny) to get to 199!

After getting off track and gaining some weight in early March, I'm back in charge. I lost 3.2 pounds this past week, reaching my new SP low of 208.8. Hopefully I can stay under 210 this time, and keep moving toward my goal of under-200.
