Emma, that sounds like a great program. I'm going to have to check it out. I'm always so stiff.

Yesterday I rowed for 15 minutes, then did my physical therapy exercise routine which takes about 30 minutes with the added stretching. I opted to clean up the pile of leftover bits and pieces from our log splitting machine in the afternoon instead of taking a nap. That was quite a workout!! emoticon I shoveled 6 wheelbarrows full of debris and moved it across the yard to the burn pile. I'm feeling the workout today for sure. emoticon

I don't have regular television any longer, so I can't watch "Classical Stretch" with Miranda White (Essentrics) on PBS. So I bought her DVDs. They're deceptively easy and usually get the kinks out.

My goal is 90 days of Essentrics. So far so good. That's what I did this morning.

Today is the first time I have REALLY exercised in a really long time. I have done a single exercise here or there for an ITC, but barely enough to count. Today I did a couple from the Bingo card. But then I did a one mile walk with Leslie Sansone, 3 minutes on an elliptical, and about 10 minutes of stretching. I am a little sore, but feel really good. My favorite exercise is swimming, but I don't have a pool where I live now. But for now, I am going to try to start exercising every day. One day at a time.

Yard work. Mowed my lawn for 30 minutes. I only have an old push mower, so that is definitely a whole body workout. Then watered the plants. Didn't use the hose, but walked around with smaller containers and watered everything. Another 30 minutes of walking and schlepping water. I feel great.
