I confess that since I been back off vacation it's been so hard for me to get back into my regular routine. I am back eating healthier and everything but the exercise part has been slacking. I'm getting off my butt and determined to get up moving again. I had a fantastic time on my vacation though can't lie. I have made some progress cause some of my slacks are fitting really lose so I must of did something right.

What about cold cereal, scrambled eggs good protein, peanut butter toast, or maybe a slim fast and fruit. Just watch calories about 300 to 400 for breakfast, try to get about 1200 to 1500 calories a day to lose weight. You just have find what works for you. Good luck, also drink 64oz or more of water a day.

Ok I confess...I'm still having a hard time w/getting breakfast in. I just don't know what to eat. I tried instant oatmeal, but just don't like oatmeal; occassionally I do Fiber One Yogurt or one of their toaster pastries, but am burning out on that...any suggestions? I'm so picky don't like a lot of fruits, willing to give something/anything a good try!

I confess that I have STILL been trying to lose the same 50 lbs since forever. It never goes away. I am so unmotivated and it feels like I don't care. I gotta figure out how to do this. i think I will need to limit myself to only checking my email, doing my homework and coming on Spark to force myself into some kind of accountability and committment to do this.

Oh where to begin
-I only drank two cups of water today
-I slept until 11am
-I didn't get in enough exercise today
-I went to bed late last night
-I have been sleeping all day today
-I started the week off on a very good foot but the Fri.- Sun. With no work in the mornings I tend to get off track really easy

I feel so discouraged today:(

Well to be honest, I would start off my exercise week good, but then when it get towards the end of the weekend I tend to get lazy and don't feel like doing much of nothing. When I am off of work I tend to stay in and sleep all day because I am bored So I try to walk in the mornings before I go in. I am trying to make it work tho. emoticon

I need to get it together!! BIG TIME!!!!

It’s Friday, and eventhough I am broke and my car is down (2nd week) I am in an excellent mood – I must of lost at least 2lbs eventhough the scale doesn’t show it, because I am seeing a MAJOR difference in my clothes, ESPECIALLY around my stomach area!! Just wanted to share my SPARKILICOUSNESS (lol) and check in with you guys at the same time.

I must confess that I started dating my current boyfriend 6 months ago and got so entangled in our relationship that I put exercise and nutrition on the back burner. Now 13 pounds later I am ready to get back on track.

I've gone back to the basics. Journaling and set to start a boot camp next month.

Hello Queens, and happy Monday to you all. I trust that everyone is doing well and that the weekend was safe and enjoyable for you all.

I am doing well, a bit sleepy because I woke up extra early to go walking this morning. I had a pretty healthy breakfast and have no real idea what's for lunch although, I know that I want something healthy.

All in all I am focused and excited and I am fighting the temptation to take a nap at my desk (lol). Will keep you guys posted on my progress, especially since I was hardly able to come online last week.

I have been keeping track of my nutrition and my water intake. I did skip my workout yesterday as planned but made up for it today by doing 40 minutes of cardio/ strength training combined. I did eat some fried eggplant and fried green tomato's just one serving each and still stayed within my daily calorie range. So I indulged in something not too healthy but stayed in my caloric guideline.

I Went a little crazy on vacation, but I did so much walking that i neither gained nor lost, but in Paris, who can avoid the delicious foods?! I basically kept it to 2 meals a day though, because they were very filling meals. Then after getting back my body was out of wack, but I jumped right back in and started my workouts and tracking food. My vacation was the first time since starting sparkpeople that i hadnt tracked a thing. LOL. I needed my break. No guilt, just keep it moving!

I went through a lot of emotional eating and drinking this weekend (including a Friday night fast food fest, Saturday night BBQ, and Sunday after church buffet) Needless to say i did not want to get on the scale yesterday. But i had to hold myself accountable and actually visually see the damage. Gasp 3lb gain OUCH!!!

I confess that I am hating on my family cause they get to eat allllllllllllll the things I can't have. I had to endure a weekend of watching them eat fried fish, french fries, good old southern fried chicken and today they were eating sweets all over the place I'm so ticked off lol. They are giving me all the ammunition I need to not go into the kitchen on the holidays and cook nothing. If I have to suffer they should too.

I am doing well, keeping things on track with my eating and exercising eventhough I haven't lost anything in the last few days I am DEFINITELY seeing the difference in my stomach and waist areas (yippie)!

I walked at 5am yesterday and today and I plan to do some dance aerobics tonight if TOM allows, all in all I feel as if I am still on track.
