I use the Nutrition tracker to help me determine what i am going to eat each day. I do plan, but no more than one week at a time

I am doing portion control similar to the Weight Watchers. I don't eat a lot of fried foods, normally. I have more plant-based foods, lean meats, whole grains. I cut back but still have those occasional sweets.

I eat three meals a day, er try to. I am usually on the run and have to keep in mind I must eat if I'm going to lose anything.
