Went back to an oldie but goodie yesterday! Pulled out my Tae Bo DVD's!! It's been a couple years since I have done them and I only got through 38 minutes of it but boy.....I was exhausted after I finished.
Going to keep it going. Found a lot of success with Tae Bo back in the day, so I'm giving it another shot!!! emoticon
